Extruders

The twin-screw extruder is suitable for cooking and moulding various kinds of fish feed, dog food, aquarium feed, meat analogues and products that cannot be processed by a single-screw extruder, thanks to angled steam injector ports oriented in the direction of material flow and a unique screw profile that allows steam to be mixed into the product. It can be used to produce special dog foods and treats with up to 50 percent fresh meat (as a percent of the dry recipe) and up to 40 percent moisture without changes.

Dryers

Dryers come in three types: electric, gas and steam. Thanks to their 5 layers and adjustable speed, pellets are dried exactly as required. The multi-layer dryer dries at the desired temperature set by thermostat.

Fryer and flavoring machinery

The oiling / flavouring drum, used for oiling or flavouring feed pellets, consists of two consecutive cylinders with adjustable rotation speed and a temperature-controlled oil tank. A dosing pump sprays the required amount of oil, powder or aroma while the drum rotates at a set speed for a homogeneous mix.
