01·Line journey

From raw material in the silo to floating, sinking and slow-sinking pellets.

  1. Raw material silo

    Raw materials

    Raw material silo

Ration ingredients are stored in silos and dosed to the ration.

  2. Hammer mill (1st generation)

    Mixing

    Mixer

The ground ingredients are blended evenly and wait in a stock silo until production.

    Cooling

    Cooling conveyor

The cooling conveyor takes the pellets to silos, where they rest for a day before packing.

  9. Crumbler
A step that completes the line end to end

    Crumbling

    Crumbler

For feed below 1 mm, pellets are broken between adjustable rolls.

  10. Vibrating sieve
A step that completes the line end to end

    Sieving

    Vibrating sieve

The vibrating sieve sizes the crumbles and removes the dust.

Production line features

Aquaculture pellet feeds are plant- and animal-based feeds intended for fish on farms. They contain the macro nutrients, trace elements and vitamins farmed fish need to stay healthy, and are formulated with specialized ingredients to ensure proper digestion and optimum health.

Aquaculture fish feeds are produced in pellet form for specific habitat conditions (marine, freshwater, brackish water). Through high extrusion technology they can be produced as floating, sinking and slow-sinking feeds. Cold and hot extrusion techniques allow the feeds to be produced to the required quality standards.
